The staff are so friendly and nice. They had a small intro video which was honestly well made and straight to the point with humor on the side. We went in the voodoo themed escape room and we had a blast. They even gave us extra minutes to complete it. Also on another note, I appreciate that they added a small red dot on items that we are not supposed to touch to avoid breaking stuff or moving them inappropriately!
We went there the first time and had fun with the Saloon scenario, the second time we went for the Radioactive circus and had trouble with one of the GM and later we were contacted by the customer service who resolved the situation in a professional manner, so i decided to change my rating back to reflect this. Adding to my last review, we went back and did the Robot room, it was smart and fun, David was a great GM. It was my favorite so far.

L'ambiance dans les jeux est vraiment bien, les différentes pièces et énigmes sont travaillés, on peut avoir de l'aide via un téléphone tout en restant dans l'ambiance du jeux, car la personne qui aide joue un rôle. Vraiment une super expérience
