Bissell send us here because it's under manufacturers warranty, to fix our broken Bissell carpet shampoo on a 9 months machine, here they can't help us because it's technically broken you got to be kidding me "sherlock" Now Bissell it's going to take care of it
I was told when I took the vacuum in the service charge was $60 because it was out of warranty. I was told last year I had one more year. When I picked it up today the service charge was $85. Very kind and and efficient but I will have to avoid future visits because of the cost and discrepancies.
I loved every bit of my experience here! I was greeted with a friendly smile and terrific customer service. The store is so cozy and small, which makes the experience even more magical. I don’t think I have ever smiled so much from buying an item before! Purchasing experience was top notch!! Highly recommend!
