I've been waiting about 2 months for an ATM Card that I have ordered three times now. They asked me to go to the person now living at my old residence to see if it went there?!?!?! You want me to go knock on somebody's door in another town to ask them if you mistakenly sent my "secure" info to them? You don't know where you sent it? My address was updated over a year ago and I get all other statements from them.
The staff is friendly and efficient (normally). The place is clean.
