Fantastic service. I got my order within 4 business days. The item was in an excellent condition as described. Highly recommend for environmentally conscious shoppers who are also looking to shop luxury at a reasonable price.  10/10 would recommend.

I bought a few pieces from them and everything is just PERFECT. Top quality and in perfect condition. I had never bought secondhand designer before. I was really missing out!!! Thank you for the friendly customer service as well.

VSP is my favourite consignment store. Beautifully curated collection of designer, some vintage and extra special pieces in a beautiful store. I am both a customer and consigner and my experience with both is stellar. Staff are great - friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Purchased a pair of shoes listed as size 10 on the website. When the actual shoes arrived, they were a 9.5. Notified them of the error and was informed that the sale was final. They did not acknowledge the listing inaccuracy and gave no other options than the standard reconsignment deal with the regular fees.

I absolutely love this store and the employees are the best!!!!. I have bought great pieces for good price. Love love love
