Was surprised to learn that the bike I wanted to try out was in stock! Madeleine emailed me back very quickly and was friendly and very professional. She didn't tell me that I shouldn't try the large version of the bike (as other bike shops had) and encouraged me to try the medium and the large for size as many times as it took for me to decide which was the right one for me. Michel got my chosen bike ready for me, with fenders and a bike rack within an hour so I could take it home that day. For what looks like a small outfit - they have a LOT of bikes in stock! Fab service - would recommend!
