Service fantastic!
One star because the system does not allow you to put less. We go for a 10 minute adjustment on a brand new bike, we are told by no one present that she doesn't have time she was on her cell phone when we arrived..., we mention that no bike is in progress maintenance the racks are empty, the person is no longer concerned. We are asked the brand of the bike ???? Trek… and we are told that it is not possible. This business is not a local business, never friendly it was our 2nd visit in 3 years because you are always received in the same way while being looked down upon : in short, move on if you don't have a downhill bike and especially if you don't want to be disappointed.
