Front receptionist staff need to seriously learn how to communicate with medical staff in the back and keep patients informed when there are unexpected hr long delays.nIf we had known there was a procedure that was going unexpected long we would not have gotten upset and would not have felt ignored and forgotten.nTerrible, terrible service provided by receptionists and Meagan, who finally came and got me was more than happy to pick a fight with me, clearly that was why she got me rather than Autumn.nNone of this was the Dr’s fault. It was all on the support staff.
Great experience throughout my visit. I was hesitant to go here reading some of the reviews but it was awesome. From Sue at the front desk to Zach the nurse and my provider, Howard, all were professional and kind. Howard was helpful, listened to my questions and took the time to talk over different meds to treat my issue. I highly recommend this office for urgent care.
Today was my first visit to the UC. I read several reviews ahead of time and 90% of them were negative, so I was ready! The nurse, Noreen, the XR tech Ben, and the provider Landon were excellent!! I had a knee injury and needed an X-ray. They just what I asked, nothing more and nothing less. I truly was in and out in 35 min. They were pleasant, kind and very efficient! I would recommend them to anyone, although I hope not to use them again
I recently visited this location for some medical treatment over this past weekend. This was my first time visiting this facility. From walking in the front door I was greeted by a friendly staff member at the desk. She was very kind & respectful. When she walked me back to the examing room, I then was greeted by a wonderful nurse. She was so polite and friendly. She then said Landon NP will be in shortly and said I'm right outside the door if you need anything! I thought wow, I've never been told that before when visiting an urgent care!nWithin minutes Landon came in he was very professional & showed compassion to how I was feeling.nHe sent a prescription to the pharmacy in town.nThank you so much to the entire staff! If my family or myself are in need of treatment, this facility will be the only one I would use.
Terrible experience today! There was only 3-4 cars in the parking lot but it took 2 hours for my daughter to be seen. Then to top it off they were suppose to send a prescription in, we left the urgent care to go pick up the prescription and Rite Aid had received nothing from the urgent care. By the time we found that out the urgent care was already closed. Called around to other pharmacys and nothing was ever sent anywhere. Extremely terrible service today. It's disappointing especially after a 2 hour wait for nothing.
