Such a cute shop with a nice selection of yarns. I bought some skeins for a project and ended up needing more, which weren't in stock. They offered to bring them over from point gray and hold them longer than normal because I was out of the country!! Sweet, helpful personnel also :
Great little shop for the high end knitter. Luxurious high end yarns and some nice less expensive ones. I purchased a circular knitting needle which was pricey but well worth it. Great location just 3 shops north of the Esso on Lonsdale.
An incredibly helpful staff at an easy to find location with tonnes of great merchandise. As an amateur knitter they were able to help me with my knitting questions and get me right back on track with the right equipment for a Christmas present that was seriously at risk.
I had an awful experience with that stroe. That will be my first and last time in that store with awful owner. I bought 3 yarn and 2 needles ended up $70 so expensive 2 days later i found same yarns online for much cheaper price. After 2 days i went back to store to return the yarns and needles and they didnt refound it. Yarn were on original packaging and untouched and needle in original package untouched i havent even brough the stuff out of the bag.and just wanted to return them and buy the same yarns with much cheaper price online. And the seller did t return and she said they give me store credit and she said its return on the reciept. What the hell is that seller never told me when i was buying they wont return untouched items and its just return on the recipt after payment. Be care ful guys with that. I even talked to the store owner and she just said i cant do anything for you.we wont return. So awful i never expected that attitude from a local store no respect to customer rights and they just let you to pay and ever tell you there is no return and when u wanna do the return they tell you about their return policy. My money is gone and now i have the over priced yarns. I will never be back to that store and wont support such a business. They dont have sales and customer and thats how they try to make money out of people pocket. I have no respect for such a business and business owner. Shame.
My favourite shop in Vancouver. This one is a little smaller than the store in Point Grey and the vibe is so cozy and serene.
