Easily the best place to go for wheels and tires. Period. Incredibly helpful and friendly to deal with. Great communication and absolutely stellar work. My most recent visit was for a wheel restoration and powder coating followed by tire mount and balance. Jeff and the entire team were fantastic as always. They made an old set of wheels new again and the price to do so was extremely reasonable. They even put up with me changing my mind on the colour mid way through the restoration process.

After shopping around. Urban X wheel was the best decision. Jeff was great offering me several options on rim's. The techs were friendly and pleasant. I recommend you contact them for a quote .

My daughter has a used car to get to work and university and a few of the summer tires and winter tires were losing a fair bit of air pressure. I was worried about having bad tires on her car and went to Urban X. They did an awesome job. Both fast and efficient. They took all 8 tires, removed them from the rims, cleaned the rims inside and out, cleaned the tires inside and out, replaced all valve stems, rebalanced the tires and placed the winters on the car. As a father I feel much better knowing the tires had a thorough going over. The staff were super kind, friendly and informative. They even put the extra tires in new clean bags for me to store them in. I met the owner Bob just as I was leaving and he is a great guy. Friendly and helpful with a strong community spirit. A truly genuine guy. I am super impressed with Urban X and indefinitely recommend them. Updated review. Still a strong 5 stars. Had 4 new Nord Frost 200 ID tires and new rims, balanced and installed today. Great service. Competitive price. Very happy.

Urban X exceeded my expectations with my wheel and tire purchase. I had gone in near closing with a general idea of what i wanted. Bob owner listened to what i was looking to do and promptly sent over an email the very next morning with a huge spreadsheet of every wheel design their supplier had in stock, along with their prices and specs. Choosing the wheel was easy. One pair was only a few days away, the other pair was a few weeks away. Still well within my timeline. 5 days after ordering the complete set i get a phonecall. All of my wheels were in. Far sooner than i expected. Ordering tires was also as easy as it could be. Given the size i wanted, the options were few and far between. Again, Bob started digging and we found the right set in a matter of minutes. Yet again, the tires were all in town. Within a day the tires and wheels were mounted and ready to pickup, along with their respective hardware. Two of the wheels centercaps had extremely minor imperfections, something i probably wouldnt have noticed until a few weeks of progressively analyzing them. Bob called me before picking them up to inform me and was already getting a replacement pair from them. Urban X is a great shop full of people who live and breathe wheels and tires, and its refreshing to find a place that still works hard to get the customer exactly what they need. I am extremely happy with the entire experience and will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful shop to deal with. Every time we’ve been in there, they’ve been great, but this last visit really set them apart. We took both our vehicles in for a seasonal tire swap, and had our two young children with us. While we waited for the very quick job to be done, Bob switched the TV to Peppa Pig for our toddler, and made sure that our car was brought around so we wouldn’t need to load the kids in while the car was in the bay. Just awesome people, work is always well done, and super flexible. Recommend them 1000%.

Bob and Kenny and the gang are great to deal with, friendly, great service, great prices. Just got a set of larger truck tires mounted and they loaded them up in the back of my pickup when I was ready to do it myself. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Excellent service, super friendly, professional equipments from Corghi Artiglio, ....too much to list. Fast responses from Bob with very reasonable price on the pilot 4S, in/out within hour on the appointment day. A place that I know for sure they will take care of my rims. Front tire burst after hitting a pothole in the morning. I bought the tires about 6 months ago at UrbanX. I called and had a replacement on that afternoon at a marginal cost. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much! Customer for life.

Friendly and super knowledgeable staff. I dunno why I spent so much time on my own looking for a deal online when I got the best deal here. I would have bought the wrong fitment if it wasn’t for them. There was hiccup with my order that wasn’t their fault, but they made up for it. I’m in love with my new wheels!!

Bob and Kenny are great! They helped me out with a winter tire set up that couldn't be beat. Deep snow, ice and hard packed the tires Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs - studded cut through it all. Highly recommended shop, and I will be going back for all my future tire needs.
