Best experience I've had at a salon! I'm the customer that doesn't really care what you do to my hair, yet Carolyn is the only one in all my years of having hair that created something I actually liked. I do and know exactly nothing with and about hair, but was comfortable enough asking questions that would normally make me feel stupid and she was a great help
