My first time here and I had a great experience. Chrystal was amazing, she was my massage therapist. I prefer to not talk during massages, and she was quiet as a mouse which I loved, and gave me a great massage. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff I will definitely be back. The prices are a tad high ($90 for a 60 minute massage) and they only direct bill for Blue Cross, but I am thoroughly relaxed and happy with my overall experience (that's where benefits come in handy!). Can't wait to go back :)

I had a facial and pedicure done. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff shone brightly. The procedures done were very relaxing.

I've been here a total of 3 times. All different experiences except I did get a massage twice. The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone is really friendly and professional. I'll continue to be a repeat customer. :)

I've used this spa for more than ten years and they have never failed to meet my expectations. Professional, clean and they use high end organic natural products. I've tried many other spas and I always come back to Urban retreat. Highly recommend. always come

I've been going here for about 12 years now. I love getting there a bit early and unwinding in the lounge. The staff are all amazing. I see Sandra on a regular basis and would not have it any other way. She knows exactly what needs to be done without even asking. With thier online booking system it's easy to book all of my appointments, even calling in the staff are very pleasant and quick to book your appointments.
