Urban Planet has been a Capilano mall staple for what feels like a couple decades now. This is a clothing store for younger men and women, but look closely enough and you should be able to find something for everyone. Service here is friendly, staff are knowledgeable. There are changing rooms to try things on. Everything seems like it's well maintained and organized. They're constantly shifting styles in and out throughout the year. You'll always find something new if you visit every few months.
‎‏I had a very bad experience in this store. The Younger cashier was very rude. At the suggestion of the cashier, I can use the 50% discount by buying the second productshe didn’t mention about details. When I did this, instead of the second item, she applied the discount at the lowest price. At the time When I found out and asked them to return my money, they said it was not possible and it is my fault. She didn’t care when I wanted to talk to the manager. I was finally able to talk to another cashier , but the Younger cashier was still justifying her act. I ask to her give me the moment to talk to another cashier but she still talk . at the end I asked her name so I could talk to her manager later she threatened to call security.when i ask Another cashier for Younger cashier name she ignore me too.her cashier number is 927306 .
there is a Persian lady I believe her name is Kamelia . She is always helpful and great customer service.Such a friendly and enthusiastic person.
Really cute clothes at great prices! My girls love shopping here. I have found the quality to be quite good and definitely good value for price paid. They have always got a nice sale of or some kind of fun promotion. Staff is very friendly! Tons of stock!

Excellent quality of clothing line for both men and women. Stylish unique and colorful, it can compete with any store downtown on Robson Street. Excellent prices on clothing most 50% of the regular price. Thisis now the go to store to go to!
