I bought 1 for 2 clothes free but I got free only one, then I would to exchange another clothe that I just bought bc there has a hole. But the employee asked me many times. It didn’t happen only once, but many times. The service is disappointing.
Well my best friend was asked to leave the Charlottetown location today by a male employee because her 12 year old daughter touched the clothing on one of the mannequins. He approached her saying “sorry you can’t touch the mannequins or any of the accessories” my friend apologized and he proceeded with “ yeah you need to leave the store”. Why?! There was absolutely no harm done. We will never shop this store again having someone that ignorant working there.
Poor customer service. One poor cashier dealing with a lineup, and making returns while several other employees did random busy work. Prioritize customers that are in the store before you unbox shopping bags and hangers. Use more than one of your eight cash registers. Not to mention the manager walking around on a video call being excessively loud.
Christmas Shoppers Beware! Their policy at the moment does not allow you to return clothes and get you're money back. They also do not have space for you to try clothing on. If you are buying for someone here and don't know their size, then you are taking a gamble. Sure, they can exchange or get store credit, even if its the next day return, but I find this quite pathetic, even during a pandemic...I will not be shopping there again until I can try clothing on without being locked into a purchase.
I really had a very bad experience today .. I guess you guys need more good staff... the lady with green hair she don’t know how to treat customer ... she came to us and she was so rude even though we were taking care of social distancing ... this was not the first time happened she is always like that I guess urban planet need more good staff so that customer will get more good service... Employees are rude af there..!

I went into urban planet in the charlottetown mall this past weekend to get a dress, the staff was so helpful I left with 3 dresses! The new store is so spacious looking I will be back !

The manager with the cool hair color green was definitely doing amazing job.
