Barry was awesome to deal with. He was very nice and understanding of our needs. As first time home buyers, we were nervous of buying a new place and we definitely needed someone who was transparent. What we also appreciate with him was he was never pushy. I hope to work with him again when we buy our next home.
Barry was great at showing us places and keeping us informed. Most importantly he was fantastic at closing the deal for us. We couldn’t have done it with out him. Because of him we got the first place we put an offer on. He also put us in touch with a great mortgage broker. I would use both again with out hesitation.
Barry provide friendly service and honest advice for making a decision. He is also very helpful and not pushy on urging us to make a decision. Highly recommended.

Barry had lots of knowledge about what to buy and what buildings are not so safe to buy. He also never pushed us to just pick something to get the sale over with quickly. Love his attention to detail and that he really thinks about what his clients need.
