Never got to try the food. Went here for breakfast, was seated then not informed for 20 minutes after we ordered that they didn’t even have a cook yet. I don’t mind waiting typically but we had a young baby and a child with us and didn’t have the time to sit around waiting for a cook to show up. Would of been nice to know before we were seated and waiting.
Terrible service. Waitress came to our table twice to get our drink and food order and then avoided making eye contact with our table table of 3 for the next hour and a half. Couldn't even get another drink. Our order was clearly forgotten about since it took a hour and a half to get 3 burgers with fries. Multiple tables who came in after we ordered got their food before us. It was not busy at all. Received no apology or information for why our food took so long and why we were being avoided. Food was decent but over priced. After we were done eating no one came to our table and we were being avoided still so we had to go to the front to get our bills and pay. Terrible experience and would not recommend. Especially if you are in town working long hours looking for a place to eat at the end of the day.
Very nicely decorated eating area. Big and beautiful Christmas tree. Love it. Restaurant was not busy. But We waited about 30 minutes for meals to serve . Food was ok. Price is little higher compare to other restaurants. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is medium size. Very neat and clean. I like their washroom. Very good and colourful. Not many parking spots in front of the restaurant. Automatic door opener. Convenient location. Recommend others to try this restaurant.
The poutine starter was perfection. Real cheese curds, home cut fries, chicken fingers and great gravey. For sure getting this again and again. Dry ribs were also amazing with a very tasty BBQ dipping sauce. Cajun chicken sandwich was good but the appies won the show.Food: 5/5
The hidden Jem of Fort Mcmurray! Whenever our company is paying we all get excited because we know we're getting urban kitchen for lunch, Amazing food for a hotel restaurant. Awesome service, very polite and quick for the quality of food. Highly recommend the nachos, best nachos I've had hands down. Never thought I would like a little shredded pineapple on my nachos but I must say it's a must now. Keep up the great work!!!
Vanessa was delightful and was helpful and very respectful. Thank you so much! I often wonder why people find it okay to be in a place like this with their bare feet up on the chairs, but that is just THAT slob's problem, no faults to the restaurant and staff.Food: 5/5
