Urban Home outlet is a very modern store, the prices are really good. Irina is a helpful sales person - she helps and listens a lot, her taste is really good as well. I feel always welcomed to the store, there is never any pressure as well. If you in this store ask for Irina she will take a good care of you!

I came in 2 weeks ago to purchase a set of sofa. It was about $1500 with delivery and it just arrived today. Good customer service and has lots of customization. I was dealing with Inder and he was really helpful. Will come back again for my dining table and chairs.

Bought a couch and the fabric stretched within 6 months. They wouldn't do anything for me when I voiced my concerns regarding quality of couch. I would not recommend this place.

glad to learn that this store is closing down. the owner lady was so condescending

Will not return. This was one of the most incompetent and frustrating purchases I have ever made in my life.. Avoid at all costs
