My kids and I had a BLAST!!! There were so many fun things to do for both my boys, age 4 & 8, and myself. The staff was so friendly. And not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Highly recommend!!
We had the best time today! We drove a hour and it was well worth it. It's hard for me to find something fun for all ages since my kids are 3,9,and 15, but this definitely was the place!! So many activities, pizza was good, and in comparison to other places I checked out, way more affordable for unlimited fun with no time limit. Definitely our new favorite place!
What a gem! We had such a fun time here. We came with a large group with kids of all ages and they all had a great time. It’s clean and well run. The manager Crystal went above and beyond for us and all staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
This location has short waits and great staff. The attractions are kept clean and in great shape too. The building itself could use a deep clean. The floor in the eating spaces gets dirty quick with all the food and drink options from their Cafe. You can tell it gets mopped here and there, but it definitely needs a good scrubbing.
This place is extremely overpriced. My two kids had no interest in any of the climbing/heights related experiences, and we still shelled out over $50 for their ‘deluxe’ pass. I can understand paying more for the climbing type things, but for what you get for the deluxe pass, it shouldn’t cost more than $15. While they do have a very wide array of things to do, it felt way too cramped. There were practically zero spots for parents to sit outside the cafe, and most want to be in a spot they can try and see their kid. There’s barely any staff around except on the harnessed climbing area. The pro zone had one staff at the entrance, but he wasn’t doing anything at all. He was staring at his phone the whole time. You can imagine my disappointment when my child got hurt and we had to leave early. This was extremely frustrating for me as a parent because I feel like this could have been avoided if the employee was paying any attention and trying to regulate the amount of kids in there or what they were doing it’s a pretty small space, and there were way too many kids in there. We were also frustrated with the lack of staff at attractions like the battle beam. There was no one there to help regulate the kids or ensure people were taking turns, so we waited forever and never even had a chance to use it because some bigger kids commandeered it and insisted on letting the winner of the battle keep fighting. Furthermore, they should really cap the amount of people they allow there at one time. It was wayyyy too crowded. It’s the smallest trampoline type place I’ve been to. I’m surprised so many people were willing to shell out so much money to even be there. My guess is they were also first timers who were underwhelmed with their experience and do not plan on returning.
We went there for the first time today, and it was definitely overwhelming with all of the fun choices! The fact that the adults could participate was such a big plus for us. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star was because of customers leaving their stuff all over tables instead of utilizing the cubbies for shoes and coats. The staff were very helpful and patient with us, and everything was well kept.
Incredible place! My kids loved this place. We have a variety of ages and sizes kids wise, so much for all to do! Staff was so nice, great vibe and tons of fun here.
Great place for kids, they have so much fun. Staff were friendly and helpful
Gone since they opened, but less and less now. It’s going downhill! We had a membership - until recent events made me decide I’d rather drive further + pay more for BETTER jump park… Basic jump park, contradicts and makes up policies as they want with no warning or proof of said policy - even on things that I had previously were asked about and been reassured were okay & unwilling to explain the changes just stating it’s always been that way - even though we’ve never previously had an issue..
My 9yr old was attempting to jump over the rotating bar where you jump over and duck under, he missed a few times but cleared a few times also. Either way, he was trying his best. A manager came over and told him to get out because he slowed it down. He was not doing it intentionally, and he wasn't the only one missing the bar. After I told the manager that was a little uncalled for, I told my son to not give up, and try again but he refused because he felt bad that he 'did it wrong', was embarrassed and ran off crying. Way to bring a kid down. Not impressed at all.
