We had a significantly large and loud birthday party here recently and I don’t know how to put into words how incredible the staff is here. Lucas went above and beyond every single expectation we had. From his extreme friendliness, to his understanding of the dynamics of the group and knowing what was needed, when. He made our good experience, so effortlessly perfect. He really treated us as family, rather than just customers. He deserves every good word in the book and more. We will definitely be returning just to see Lucas again and having more parties here in the future. Thank you Lucas & thank you UPTWN team! Also: The shisha was great and the drinks selection was perfect. Lots of selection for great snacks and food to eat as you’d like. Everything was made fresh!

Uptwn Lounge is a must-visit destination for shisha lovers. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The shisha flavors are top-notch and the quality of the smoke is excellent. The prices are reasonable and the music selection is always on point. Whether you're looking for a relaxing evening with friends or a night out on the town, Uptwn Lounge is the perfect place to be.
My server Sara was so amazing she singlehandedly lifted me out of my depression. She was so charismatic and helpful and was kinder than Bob Ross. One night, I overheard her hype up a student who was ambivalent about applying to law school. That student grew up to be Barack Obama.
Been to Uptwn Lounge once. Cute place and nice décor colours. Ordered mozzarella sticks and the cheese melted out of them. However, the customer service was great and the staff made me a new batch with no extra charge. The 2nd batch has no issues with it. The staff was friendly. The shisha was good, I’ll be back once Covid Lockdown eases, would like to try other shisha flavours. Thanks Uptwn! :
Such a cool little place! It's not fancy but very welcoming and warm! Loved the atmosphere. Food was great! The Greek fries delicious. Had a lava cake for dessert, beautifully cooked with vanilla ice cream. For shisha we asked the guy to make a mix of whatever and it's was amazing! Had so much fun and great time. Thank you guys!
The best shisha in the city. Their customer service is top notch. Just go there and tell them what you like to smoke and they would mix the flavours for you. Amazing vibes and cozy place, definitely going back to this spot again.

Service Time: Immediately Ambience: This is definitely a hidden gem, headed here to find a cool place to chill with low key conversations and ideas. It’s the perfect versatile ambience and it’s a shame this is not a chain. If it is I’m missing out lol. Order: Hookahs and These Greek fries. Everything was pretty much immediate you didn’t even noticed time passed. The service was impressive but no vegan or much none meat eating options. They ran out of salad but I guess this is because it’s amazing?? Seating: It’s very good booths and set up in there I really appreciate the time that went into doing it. Covid-19 protocols: The distancing was good enough but I feel it like if everyone was still scared you’d be ok here. Not that it matters because you’re blowing Vapours anyways. Overall: 5 star experience but they should think of adding a bit more depth to the menu for non meat eaters especially if they’re going to be running out of stuff and still keeping the kitchen open.
Amazing Shisha! One way you can guarantee their shisha has quality is because they use dry clay heads and the shisha will never be harsh! Second service was amazing first time being here and the servers name was Bobby and he provided us excellent service and gave us tips on how to blow O’s appreciate it bud btw we’ll be back guys Had a fantastic time!
