Among many Portuguese places I have tried, this store competes with a couple of others for the highest score. Mains and sides are all very delicious with good prices and fair portions. If you love spicy, please ask habanero hot sauce on your food. It will bring the taste to another level. Whenever I am near by, I have no doubt that I’ll drop by.
I ordered The 1/2 chicken with rice and potato and it was very delicious. Portion was excellent all that was for $11.50 tax in. I will definitely go back there again. Next time I'm going to order the fish. The staff working there were very welcoming and friendly. The gentleman working there made me an espresso on the house I thought it was very kind of him. Two thumbs up
The chicken is always moist and delicious! The customer service is great. There is a young man with awesome tattoos that attended me, he was so pleasant and served with excellence! Highly recommended.
I found this place a Racist! I am an Asian and drove all the way to this place from Thornhill just to try their food. I was next in line and expecting to be served after the customer ahead of me. What happened though, there's a customer that just came in White and he got served right away. Felt like Asian like me is not acceptable in to this restaurant. For me, first impressions lasts..it's too bad that my first experienced wasn't good that will last forever.
Best Portuguese restaurant in the GTA. The red snapper is one of my favourites! The customer service is exceptional, especially the young lady that served me. I highly recommend checking out this amazing restaurant. You will not be disappointed!!
This place is a blast. I am a internet professional please feel free to Google me. I never ever had juicy well season chicken until Uptown introduce this to me. You can taste the BBQ from the chicken. With my many years of dedication to the Ontario Health and Safety board. My first impression was to inspect the place. Every single rule was followed from chemicals off the floor to well handling procedures. You will not regret your visit clean and tasty!
The food is delicious; they are very generous with the portions and the prices are quite reasonable. There are a couple of small tables but it's definitely more of a take-out place.
The food is amazing. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the chicharron is the best i have ever had. And to top it all off the service is tops!
