The Worst Experience EvernnFrom now on, if I see a delivery is handled by UPS, I’ll cancel the purchase.nnI placed an order on June 23, which was shipped in three parcels—unfortunately through UPS. I received only two. Just five minutes after the delivery, I called their call center and reported that the driver had missed one parcel. The agent assured me it would arrive no later than 9 PM that evening… unsurprisingly, nothing arrived.nnThe next day, I called again. This time, the agent confirmed that the parcel had been received at 7 PM—but again, nothing was delivered.nnThe real issue? I wasn’t allowed to file a claim because the parcel was still marked “out for delivery.”nnAfter four days of persistence, I finally managed to file a claim for a lost parcel. Today is July 6, and still no one has contacted me. No updates. No resolution.nnI called the center again, but the agent said it was handled by a different department, refused to transfer me, and wouldn’t provide their direct number.nnI’m stuck: I have two out of three parcels, so I can’t assemble the item I bought, nor can I initiate a return. UPS’s incompetence—especially as a global company—is beyond disappointing.nnNever again.
UPS – The Worst Delivery Experience Ever!nIf I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.nMy package arrived in Montreal nearly ten days ago, and every day since then, UPS has been falsely updating the tracking to say “Out for Delivery.” But it’s all lies. Despite countless calls to customer service, nothing has been resolved. Their service is beyond terrible—every agent gives generic responses, but no real solutions.nnI’ve wasted hours calling UPS, only to be given empty promises that my package would be delivered “soon.” Day after day, delay after delay, with no accountability whatsoever. If I hadn’t kept calling, my package might have been lost forever, because UPS doesn’t even bother informing customers of delays.nnTo make things worse, UPS knows the package is stuck but does nothing to fix the issue. This is not just poor service—it’s outright incompetence. For an international logistics company, their delivery efficiency and customer support are an absolute disaster.nnBut honestly, is there even a good shipping company in Canada? DHL is just as bad as UPS—same delays, same terrible customer service, just a different logo. Canada Post is constantly on strike, and FedEx isn’t much better. The entire shipping industry in Canada is broken.nnIf you need reliable delivery, good luck—because in Canada, that simply doesn’t exist.
The worse experience that I had , was with UPS.the drivers didn’t care about the packages, and the address. Anytime that I had to receive something with UPS , always I had to go around the city to found that . Customer service is terrible. I called several times , but finally nobody care . They exactly never help to their customers.
I don't know if they lost my package or what. The tracking site no longer even shows an estimate, so I guess It's just praying and hoping for a miracle. I'm waiting for something very important and this is very frustrating. I wish I could give zero stars.
I am waiting for my package. But the driver never came to my building, but he reported that UPS customers refused the package .I went to the office I mentioned. They said that's normal. U asked them what's normal, then they said we rearranged the delivery. Then the driver did the 3rd attempt the same again, I argue with the agent. Still I wait 5 days
