All it takes is 1 person that loves his job and actually cares. His name is Alvin and he went out of his way to help me at the customer pick up center. He didn’t have to but he spend the time to listen and took every possible step to solve my problem. Thank you UPS for having such an amazing guy represent your company.

Great place to work a lot of overtime very diverse and Multicultural everyone comes from a different background and you learn something new everyday oh yeah there was hiring.

I have a part time job at UPS and all I can tell you is that the service representatives are entirely devoted to their job.

I think 1 is also high for this facility. i will give negative ratings. staff is really slow. if you dnt have anything to do then only come to pick your parcels.

Ups is a worst service in the world.
They’ve tried to charge me import fees despite it was a warranty replacement item and it was properly documented, but their brokers apparently cannot even read.
Customer service keep hanging up on my calls in the middle of the conversation and never calls back.

No surprise why purolator grows and they are declining.
