It's part of the festival grounds and it's gorgeous! Not very big, but lots of pretty spots and a good amount of sun and shade.

Very nice location for a dragon boat festival!  The water is so close that you can watch the races with out obstruction.  Lots of room for teams as well.

Winterfest 2018 short on snow this year but for kids to go and enjoy the festival the weather is perfect

Great park. Food booth is open and has great food. Limited parking available during tourist  season.

This is a wonderful and family friendly park that is close to so many other fun and free sights. Bring a picnic or grab a snack at Duke's and your family could spend an entire fun day here
