Carol Smith is stunningly useless as a social worker, don't waste your time, wait to talk to a real one. Same with Monica Jack, and whatever job she might do. They only serve to enflame situations when they call you up, then back out and wash their hands of it after making it far worse then it was. Competence does not appear to be part of the equation, only coffee breaks.
