It's a great mall and full of great shops so u can find anything u want from here. I really liked this place to spend my time , the only problem was the free Wifi didn't work at all
Large Oxford mall located in Newm with many big retailers including Hudson's Bay, Toysrus, Apple and Sportchek. They also have Shoppers and Dollarama. It is clean and spacious to do shopping here, and easy to find parking even on weekends.nnThe only complaint I have is that there are no instructions on how to activate the Leviton EV Chargers in the parking lot. Seems many drivers had this problem, and were unable to charge their vehicles.
Haven't been there in about 20 years.nClean Mall, not to crowded.nThe Bay, Toys R Us, SoftMoc, WinnersnAnd a big food court. TIMS, Subway, A & W, etc.

On September 22, 2024, my car was damaged in a hit-and-run accident in the Upper Canada Mall parking lot, and I have had a frustrating experience trying to get assistance from mall security. After the incident, I requested that security review footage from the parking lot cameras. They informed me that I needed to file a police report first, which I did. I provided the security team with the police officer’s name and badge number. The officer followed up with mall security three to four times, speaking to different individuals, all of whom assured him they would review the footage and upload it if any relevant evidence was found.nnI have reached out to security multiple times, but they insist they don’t have a link to share with the police. However, the officer handling my case says they should have access. My main concern is the lack of communication from security after reviewing the footage, even just to confirm whether anything was captured. No news... The inefficiency is disappointing. I am uncertain whether mall security is managed by tha mall or by an external vendor, but this experience raises concerns about their management and effectiveness. I share these issues in hopes that future situations can be addressed with greater urgency and professionalism
