The attitude from the moment they answer the phone is let’s see how they cannot help the patients - first and foremost.  It has never been let’s see how I can help you.  And once you get in the quality of care for PT/OT shows there is something very wrong with the team and the management working in this center.  It’s extremely lazy, they are too comfortable,  they are not skilled, or working on people.
