I love, love, love Jill!! And of course her classes too! My schedule only allows me to attend 3 days a week, so I make sure I get to class those 3 days. The classes are at your own pace, varied and not just yoga, she throws in reflexology, breathing techniques and so much more. I've been attending since end of August and I can tell I'm getting stronger and more flexible already.

I'm in my 60's and in need of more flexibility. I lift weights regularly and get a fair amount of exercise, but I was missing something. That something is stretching and flexibility. Jill Mattson is a friend and suggested I try her new Holy Yoga class. It's been great! It isn't too "over-the-top" religious. There's a few readings to begin and end the class, otherwise it's pure yoga. Jill has definitely found her calling. She's a very good leader, fun and enthusiastic, and knows her stuff. She also varies the classes to we're not doing the same thing all the time which I like a lot. Thanks Jill, for bringing a fun new business to mainstreet Crosby and encouraging physical fitness for all ages!

I have been participating in yoga classes since January and I feel that they have given me more flexibility and my balance has improved.
