*cue the Cheers soundtrack* You want to go where everybody knows your name. They might not know my name, but I definitely feel welcomed and at ease when I walk in this store. There is an especially great cashier that works here named Annie and her friendly smile and strong knowledge base makes this cigar and dope store my first choice. With so much competition in that sector, it takes personalized service to stand apart from the rest and this organization with a big help from Annie keeps me coming back. Great job everyone. Keep up the great work. I recommend this family business over the big box cannabis stores any day.
This is maybe the fifth time I've edited this review but it's only to improve my rating and to acknowledge that there have been positive changes. Past grievances were a toxic staff member that would open product and help himself, always running a little scam, always trying to short change you... but thankfully that staff member does not appear to work there anymore. I've also complained in the past about improperly storing cigars but that seems to have improved as well. I'm happy they've made positive improvements to the staff and to the way they handle product. I've been going back for the last several weeks and I've not had any of the previous issues. I have to give credit, they consistently take my feedback and make improvements upon it.

Went by today and they were closed at 7. What gives? With the joint and CapNVape nearby you're gonna be losing your regulars fast if you're gonna be closing early randomly.
The woman working at the counter was chatting on her phone when I got in. I picked what I wanted to buy and waited at the till for close to 5 minutes while she continued to chat on the phone and not even acknowledge me. Terribly rude. Was a loyal customer, I liked the local small business aspect of it but employees prioritizing their phones over customers is unforgivable in my books
BEWARE!!!! If you must shop there, pay attention before you walk out that all seals are in place. I was sold cbd oil with absolutely no seals, and stopper was not pushed in tightly so that some had leaked onto box! Unfortunately the owner would not stand behind the safety of his product and I had to throw into garbage as it is not safe to ingest. Highly recommend The Joint on Leila as they would have replaced without question and atmosphere and staff are much more professional. With so many choices why shop where they don't stand behind their product! DON'T SHOP THERE!!!!
This store carries my rare cigarettes and even keep them in a humidor for me. Prices per carton are cheaper than other places. They are friendly folks--would recommend.
Very annoyed, I called ahead to confirm a product was in stock, they lied and said yes. Drove across town for it, asked for it by name. They then proceeded to ring me up for something completely different without informing me they were doing so. I only noticed as I put my debit card in the machine. VERY SHADY
