The place is beautiful, the design was made to bounce the sound back, however, lighting needs to be a little more dim when the orchestra plays. Overall, it's elegant and cozy
The seats are very comfortable and give an excellent view of the stage. The Arts parkade is close to provide parking within easy walking distance. My one issue with the theatre is the blown speaker in the ceiling. It's incredibly distracting when watching a performance. Hopefully this is corrected soon
Not as nice as the Jack Singer theatre but it does feel more intimate with the performers since the space is much smaller. Acoustics in theatre are great
A great theatre
Great theatre for events and gatherings. Medium sized and comfortable seating.
This is a nice theatre with pretty decent seating arrangements. It’s medium sized hall with a good view from all corners. We had enjoyed the stage play quite a few times. You can comfortably watch the performances. It’s located inside the university of Calgary main campus close to the hotel alma.
Good theater. Top row seats are a little tight. And very warm. But really nice theater.
Smaller venue where you feel like the performance is just for you! Unless it is the Nutcracker and you realize it is mostly for the children in the audience; until you are swept away in the magic...along with every kid in the room!
I'ved watched a play in here and I must say, the chairs are comfortable, and you really have a great view of what you are watching.
