A nice spring walk, a few flowers, some construction at the gates, lots of activity in the beds... it was about a month too early to visit in my opinion... I guess if you're a member or live close, it could be more worth it. But for $15 and if you are driving across the cities I'd wait until late may or early June.
Went on a hot Spring day. Place was well maintained. Staff was friendly but the trip was not worth the $15 fee per person. There wasn’t as many flowers as there should be. It’s a nice place to go and picnic with friends and family. Lots of bugs and mosquitoes so bring bug spray for the little ones.
Love to visit year round! Beautiful gardens and a great place to get outside with the family! The lilies are my favorite but we always have to visit the rose garden also! My girls always have to look at every bush before carefully selecting which is their favorite. Love the three mile hike as well!
Great walking grounds, beautiful colors, and so much to see! It's fun to see the extra autumn decorations as well. You do have to reserve an entrance time ahead of time. The social distancing aspect was wonderful.
Worth every penny. All 1500 of them. The cafe is currently closed, but there is a peace coffee truck outside. Can’t wait to return.
