I have been going to this location for over 10 years and love the quality of care, professionalism, and overall friendliness of the staff. The hygienists and dentists no matter which one I see have all been fabulous. My current hygienist, Jocer, does an amazing job with cleaning my sensitive teeth and I walk away feeling well cared for and relaxed. The only downside is that free parking at this location can be tricky to find as there are very limited spots at the back of the building. However, overall I am very happy with the quality of care and service that my kids and I receive here.
It's my first time coming to this clinic. Jocer, my hygienist is amazing. He guided and made me feel relaxed all throughout the procedure. He did a very good job in cleaning my teeth. I will definitely come back. I already booked my next appointment with him. He's the best :
I can not express how awesome the people here are. I've never had anything done to my teeth asides from cleaning and x-ray and every single person I spoke to here was professional, friendly, reassuring, supportive, and an absolute pleasure while I was dealing with my first ever extraction. Their costs are very affordable as well but if anything else come here for the people. Thank you everyone, life long client now!
I switched dentists to Dr Kezar and she is BY FAR the best dentist I have ever seen. I want her to be my dentist forever. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything. She walks you through the 3D scan and I learned so much about my teeth that I have never been told before. She takes the time to listen to really listen to your concerns. She gave me recommendations for toothpaste and other strategies to deal with sensitivity. I know many people myself included that avoid the dentist because they don’t want to be shamed, and that does NOT happen at this clinic. All of the staff are incredibly nice, understanding, and welcoming. Everybody who works here is professional and respectful. They take the time to get to know you. They check your insurance before the service to determine what they cover. My last dentist did not do this. The office is clean and well kept. I would recommend this clinic to anybody!
I am very particular when it comes to my dental hygiene and so finding professionals who truly value it is like discovering a gem. I am so satisfied with the service of the team, especially to my dental hygienist Jocer. He treats you as friend. He makes your visit comfortable. Most of all, his standard is top-notched. So kudos to you guys.
I have been going to this location several times. All of the staff are incredibly nice, attentive, and considerate. My dentist, Dr Fedoretz, is welcoming, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything. I feel safe and comfortable in their hands. I would recommend this clinic to anybody!
I went to this location for my first ever dental cleaning and left satisfied with the services provided. The receptionist Rachel and the hygienist Mo were absolutely professional, friendly, reassuring, and addressed all concerns I may have had prior to the cleaning. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely go there again.
I have been coming to University Dental Choice for about 4 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Everything about this place from reception, to cleanliness, to services provided is amazing. Having had terrible experiences with dentists as a kid, Dr. Fedoretz made for an easy transition back into the dental chair. He is very comforting and welcoming and always keeps me informed about the state of my teeth and the steps of procedures. He removed my wisdom teeth for me a few months ago and I had no discomfort, swelling or pain afterwards. He alleviated all my anxiety through the process. My hygienist, Jocer, is also incredible. He is very gentle and knowledgeable, always being sure to put my concerns first and checking that I am comfortable. They are both so energetic and kind, which makes me excited to come to the dentist and see them. They really put a lot of effort into making the experience as comfortable as possible. I also really appreciate how transparent they are about prices, always telling me what is and is not covered by my insurance and making sure I am comfortable with the costs. The receptionist that I usually speak with, Cora-Lee, is also wonderful they are all lovely, I just normally deal with her. She is very bubbly, professional and can answer all my questions all the time. You can really tell they are a community of people who care about their patients’ health and confidence.
I highly recommend this very professional and courteous Dental Clinic. When I hear horror stories of price-gouging in other people's experiences with Dental Offices, I have never found that to be the case here. Prices are given up front & all attempts are made of the staff to see if you have coverage. I had the rare opportunity of a good dentist as a child because my mother's uncle told her to let the children come alone to the chair so they could overcome their fears. It worked because we always knew our mom was visiting with others close by in the Reception area. We learned to look after our teeth at very young ages. Shweta has been excellent in continuing my training to keep my teeth healthy by brushing, flossing and even explaining how to clean problem areas with my teeth. I can't say enough about Dr Fedoretz's expertise in keeping every tooth in my mouth healthy & strong. My only complaint is their conversations in the chair with each other prevents me from joining in when they've got me muzzled - spoken tongue-in-cheek. They truly are a wonderful group of people.
I love this place! Dr Fedoretz has been my dentist since 2014 and I always get the best treatment that I can imagine. He is very open, gentle, and explains every step of his work so it helps a lot with my anxiety.
