Love this company. Very helpful. Called on spur of the moment in a panic after another company cancelled out on me and these people were very graciuos and reassuring. They came on short notice and were very professional and nice. Job was completed quickly and inexpensively. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Woyld recommend them anytime. Tina Greer

I Started to use this company over 4 years ago when they were still called Air Quality Control and have stuck with them ever since. I started calling them for furnace repairs but eventually, they changed my furnace when it broke and just recently had them change my A/C and install a tank-less water heater. I have compared their prices with other companies and their prices are fair (based on my research with several other companies) while offering a wide range of prices depending on how much you want to spend. Laura in the office is wonderful, Justin (the owner) personally spent over an hour at my house answering all my questions and their technicians are polite, efficient and very professional. No other company will be touching my heating and cooling system. The only thing that is a bother is that they are reluctant to take credit card payments. Great company!!!!

Fantastic Service! Couldn't be more pleased with how quickly and efficiently this team was able to diagnose and repair my heating system. Highly recommended!

United Trades quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with our tankless water heater and provided quality service to complete the repair. Very satisfied with their work!

Beware of this company. Had an air conditioner and furnace installed May 2016. Thought they were reputable, however they get their equipment from the U.S.. They told us they were upgrading us. We are now stuck with this equipment which does not entitle us to any rebates. Called Laura many times regarding a receipt after the job was done. That took over a month. Justin wanted us to pay by check however I insisted on Visa. Reluctently he took our Visa but tried to charge us 4% merchants fee which is illegal. He ended up taking our Visa with no merchants fee. Called Laura two weeks ago to send us a bill in my name. No mail strike and still no amended bill. Never deal with them again. Be careful. S Kalicak Justin came out and we solved the problems. I would now recommend this company however after meeting with Justin he promised a same day e-mail confirming this issue would be resolved . It has not and understand This is my opinion t is not. My review stands. Understand this is my opinon only.
