The postal employees at this branch have always been pleasant and easy to work with for me

Phone doesn't work. Don't bother calling.  Don't bother paying $23.95 to overnight something in one of their envelopes.  They will hold it at the PO and claim it's "undeliverable" so they don't have to bring it to your address.
