I've been a client of downtown Anchorage's United Therapy several times over the years. The therapists are professional, encouraging, and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate clients' schedules. I look forward to my therapy sessions.

I have found that the staff at United Physical Therapy listen. I think this is the significant factor in enabling them to use their skills in proving the best and most practical solutions and therapy for one's recovery.

My calf problem has been difficult to diagnose and treat. Bryan spent a lot of time listening and asking questions and then has put together a rehab program that I am confident will get me back to my former self quickly.

We saw Alec Kay for a consultation regarding my daughter's ongoing hip issues. Location of the office was very convenient; plenty of parking. Office is very clean and welcoming. The wonderful lady at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and efficient. My husband and I found Alec extremely knowledgeable. I was worried when I made the appointment when they only blocked 1/2 hour for the consultation as I knew that we would need more time because my daughter's hip issues have been going on for almost 3 years. The appointment did take longer than that but we never felt rushed. Alec was very thorough in his questions and manual examination. Alec gave us a new and valuable perspective on how to move forward towards making my daughter comfortable and pain free. I would highly recommend Alec. From one visit, Alec's expertise and commitment to his patient's healing was very evident. When my daughter is ready to go back to physical therapy, I would definitely consider Alec even if he is not a preferred provider under our insurance plan.
