Synergy Cooperative/Barron Travel Plaza

The Travel Plaza has definitely had it's fair share of issues in the past with disgruntled employee reviews and overall performance in general; I won't deny that. With new management in place, issues of the past are being taken care of along with any new issues that arise. Keep in mind Rome wasn't built in a day. The Plaza is doing everything in their power to create superior customer service for you because that's what you, the customer, deserve. There have been several changes that have taken place already at this location to try to help better serve the customers whom they value greatly. They have developed a new rewards program for the customer with cents off gas/fuel purchases among other daily specials. The A&W in the Plaza has great food that's made fresh with every order. The Plaza's employees are polite, friendly, helpful and will do whatever it takes to deliver great quality service. Should you ever have any issues, the manager at the location will do whatever she can to make it right. Everyone deserves a second chance, check them out!

It's a shame brand new place and be such a joke! Lots if old employees gone that actually showed they cared!

This place is a joke. For 2 years now they have not been able to train anyone in on filling up RV L.P. tanks. Expected to schedule my life around the one guy that is there in the morning and not there on the weekends. One star is way too high of a rating for this place.

So happy they have a new building. It looks great. Plus they have hot stuff pizza and an a&w. Love this place.

The restaurant here is permanently closed........ convenience store gas Islands and diesel fuel pumps are still open...... been here a couple of times but never ate in the restaurant saw signs today noting the restaurant was permanently closed......as of 7/18/2016 ...the whole facility has been demolished and rebuilding... gas pumps ...fuel pumps still working they're working out of an industrial trailer ...can still buy snacks and ice
