I have been a long-time customer at this pharmacy. I am not related to anyone who works there. I feel that if I have a concern or question, I can speak to the pharmacist on duty and he or she will answer all my concerns. They have always accommodated my elderly mother and my special-needs sisters when it was time to get their Covid shots. The pharmacy is small to midsize, but it’s always well stocked. I don’t understand the comments about the premises, not being clean. They are no cleaner nor less cleaner than any other pharmacy I have walked into. Personally, I appreciate the individuals who are working in the lab. They have been very understanding and helpful.
This pharmacy deserves 0 stars. I went there for my COVID vaccine shot, and let me tell you DO NOT GO THERE. They provide the most horrible, terrible, poor customer service, with very unprofessional manners. They are a true danger for the public's health. That is why I've filled a complain to Uniprix's head office, to the order of pharmicists in quebec as well as RAMQ regie de l'assurance maladie quebec , in hopes there will be consequences for what they did to me. I will keep you posted with updates on my case.
Thanks for keeping stock of infant Tylenol. Recently, I was looking for infant Tylenol for my kid in many pharmacies. Because of the stock crisis I couldn't find a single bottle for many days, but they had it in stock.
I normally do not write bad reviews, considering the bad moments we all get in life but here the made me write this with pleasure, so other patients can go somewhere else to be helped . Worst experience ever, the asian pharmacist is very rude and does not want to respond any questions and get frustrated at you ..iam a dentist and i know how patients come anxious and need explanations to everything. I do not know how he got his ethics and good standing certificate. If there is a zero i would give it to them ….super poor service
My wife went in to get her 3rd dose of Moderna and found that 10 other people were already waiting because pharmacist was too busy signing of medications. He should of hired another person to inject. There was no place for social distancing. Also, he was telling everyone that they could leave after the injection. This is not safe practice! Legally, individuals are recommended to wait minimum 15 minutes to see if any possible reaction occurs. I told my wife that we don’t keep any Benadryl and epinephrine at home so I wouldn’t be able to save her if she had a reaction.
I gave one star just to be able to write the review. Indeed my experience with this pharmacy deserves 0. I went yesterday to take my vaccine 1- the pharmacy was dirty doesn’t look like pharmacy. 2- no social destination in the waiting area. 3- the only conversation was when they called my name. No questions, no identity verification. 4- no place to put the coat or any personal belongings but on the dirty floor. 5- the vaccine area designated to inject the right arm only. 6- the pharmacist or the nurse no idea who was as he didn’t introduce himself didn’t ask me which arm I prefer. So he injected the vaccine in my right arm, and the worst surprise was when I read the printed report mentioning I got it in the left arm. 7- he didn’t offer me to stay for 15 minutes even he didn’t say a single word. I regret going there but was my mistake I didn’t read the previous reviews. I’m sure it’s not an individual mistake, it seems the system of this pharmacy needs a total renovation.
HORRIBLE service, pharmacist associates in the back are rude and LAZY zéro efforts to problem solve. I left work to go for a SCHEDULED Blood test that was CONFIRMED TWICE. To have them tell me the nurse isn’t there, I ask how to reschedule the lady tells me “Go wait over there” haha ! For a 40$ service, NO THANK YOU! I went back on clic santé and found an appointment for 2 days later at the FREE clinic, do yourselves a favor… DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY for blood tests, I don’t go there regardless TERRIBLE ! And very DIRTY for a pharmacy ….
First, they made me wait for 30 min although I had an appointment. Second the guy who injected the jab did not ask me if I want the left or right arm. The pharmacist lied to me, I wanted to get a pfizer vaccine not Moderna, he said Pfizer is no longer exist in canada only Moderna. Please avoid this place.
Unfriendly staff. Would never visit them again for sure. They didn’t even bother to explain what would be the side effects of Covid vaccine, luckily i had my first dose with another professional pharmacy that explained everything before.
This was the WORST customer service I ever had. I came to return a product under 10 minutes of buying because it was the wrong one, plus I had the bill as proof but this lady at the return desk decided that it had been used when it didn't. I mean what's the excuse if I buy a shampoo bottle or a hair spay, you guys are going to weigh the product to make sure that it hasn't been used, I mean come on this doesn't make any sense at all. I think you should tell your employees to check all the products to make sure it hasn't been opened or used before accusing the buyer of anything. I also think that employees shouldn't tell the customer to come back because she can't handle the problem herself, I mean you work there find a solution, you should help the customer who is actually buying from the store!
