Finally a pharmacy and staff who listen to us I was at Brunet across the street, terrible service now I found a good place with very good service and staff who are happy to work there .
Katrhynn Ross-Bell is stupid and has no manners. She is probably qualified but her customer approach needs to be improved. Good, courteous team for the most part but the climate is heavy and uncomfortable the way she speaks to people is in no way professional and it makes the visit unpleasant. Wait for another pharmacist or go elsewhere
Unable to speak to anyone for passport photos. You hit an answering machine. Thank God there are pharmacies on every street corner in Drummondville.
I have been with this pharmacy for almost 3 years, and I have no negative comments to say! The staff is smiling and greets us every time! The pharmacists know our names by heart and advise us very well! The nurse is great! I have nothing else to add :
