This is one of the most unique restaurants in the area. Good vibes for meeting friends. Nice outdoor patio by the Main Street. Server was very attentive and friendly. All is good until our food arrived. Shrimp was over fried and they must used old frying oil, it’s hard to bite. Steak was definitely a turn off.
We went to Unionville Arms Pub & Grill on a Tuesday evening . We got a table inside. The Pub had nice decor on the walls and was nice to wander your eyes across the room. I got a summer special cocktail, which was quite good and reasonable price. Our table got fish tacos with went nicely with the chick- pea salad. Recommend getting the bone in wings for wing lovers- good flavors without too much spice
Nice outdoor patio, overlooking the main Street. Server was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the Greek pizza, Chilli, and French onion - everything tasted delicious and fresh we were there around at 10 PM The Greek pizza is a must try. Thin crust, light and just the right amount of toppings Will visit again.
Lovely place for brunch. Had their Army breakfast, it's normally served with Baked beans but they agree to change mine with some tomatoes since I don't like baked beans. I sat outside with my dog but that didn't affect their service. My server came to check on me few times if everything's good. I also love that hand Sanitizer is part of the condiment set Hope to come back to try their main meals next time. Recommend this place.
I like this pub, been there before and will go again. The food is good, never had anything crazy out of this world, but also never been disappointed. The portion sizes are decent, bigger than I've seen at some other places. And prices are really fair too. What I like about the menu is the variety. There are a lot of options and something for everyone. You can feel you're at an Italian place with the great pizza, or Greek with the delicious souvlaki, or deli with the always reliable club sandwich, or pub with the fish'n' chips, etc... Meaning if you're in a group with different tastes or cravings, this place will likely satisfy all. The ambiance and decor is nice, not too much and not too little. I like the St.Patrick's Day countdown clock! Also the staff is really nice! There is a lot of outdoor patio space too so whichever option you choose will be a good one. Depends on the weather of course! Overall, great experience, with delicious food and drinks. Oh and the bathrooms are nice too!
Overall food was great, especially the BBQ Brisket sandwich that was on special. Pizza was decent too. The french onion soup was a miss though as it was too sour for some reason. The ambiance does make up for it though and friendly staff. Food prices are an affordable price.
Very nice Irish pub. They have happy hours after 9am. Good to enjoy a beer and snack after work before heading to home.
Really nice place with cheerful and younger staff. Food options are pretty plentiful. I would have given five-stars but aside from us, I think there were five other tables where the waitress messed up the order. Not sure if it was just a busy day but the service looked like it was out of control.
Fantastic space, large patio, private function room. Great food. Definitely an enjoyable experience in the heart of Unionville
This was a really pleasant surprise. We ordered wings, fries, beef dip and onion rings, and all four were delicious. The wings were some of the best we've had, though if you like yours spicy go straight for the suicide sauce. The fries were excellent, just the right amount of crisp. They were just slightly under seasoned, but that's what salt shakers are for. Onion rings were, again, excellent. Really crispy batter and delicious sweet onions inside. Finally, the beef dip sandwich was delicious. The bread was fresh and soft, and the beef was juicy and flavourfull. If you're out for a walk in Unionville and in the mood for a classic pub fare, I highly recommend you check out this place.
