100% total satisfaction with them! I had purchased a HUD home in 2015 and Union City gave me excellent initial help in troubleshooting the couple of plumbing issues that the home had via E-mails before I even hired them. Then, once I did hire them and they came out, they were efficient in their assigned duties and when they found out, upon actual inspection, that the well needed a new pressure tank to get the system working again they were almost apologetic to me that they didn't have what I needed in stock and they would have to order the part. They are FRIENDLY! They are KNOWLEDGEABLE! They are EFFICIENT & CAPABLE! They are FIRST CLASS! And, in my thought on it, quite reasonable in price. I haven't had the need to use them again since their services in '15, but if and when I do, I'm calling no one else but them.

Called this business to install a brand new dishwasher. The gentleman who showed up was courteous, professional knowledgeable, and fast. He got the entire job done in about 50 minutes.. no muss, no questions, no problems. Highly recommend him.. .great customer service and professionalism,

I have a vacation home on Harstine Island, which I haven't owned very long. I'm not all that familiar with the area, so when I needed a plumber I looked for reviews of local plumbers. Union City Plumbing stood out with a list of positive reviews, so I took a chance and called them. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, the plumber who came to my home was also very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I had asked them to replace two toilets and toilet seats, which I would buy from them. They supplied two very nice toilets and seats and didn't overcharge me on the price! Then they installed them very securely and nicely. Overall, I highly recommend them and if I need a plumber in the future, they'll be the first one I call.
