Professionals all the way! Great Customer Service and mortgage arm. Did not use other bank services. Very conveniently located, and able to do most of the application over the phone.

Very difficult to work with this bank. I can never get a straight answer to my questions, and often don't get all my questions answered if I put more than one in an email. Everything must be done on paper, no ability to review and sign documents online, or make payments, or review details of the account. The loan department did not properly set time expectations, gave dates that they could not meet, and did not facilitate good communication between all parties involved in the loan process.
