Accountants in this accounting firm are all professional and responsible for every customer's case. They gave me a phone call to double-checked all information with me and to explain final tax results to me as I couldn't go to the office. Last year, I claimed my personal tax return by my former accountant, however I received nothing without any attentions from the accountant. This year, I came to Uniheart Accounting with my troubles. One of the accountants talked to me, listed several situations I might have, helped me call CRA asking some probs and finally explained to me in details. It took almost an hour and half but she was always patient and professional. Excellent!! They also told me something I need to focus on so that I even know a little about tax, haha. Highly recommend
