Went in to get some paint overspray removed from my car. Car turned out as good as new, it's an 06 mazdapeed6, 15 year old relatively good paint. Looks great, interior too. Steve and his team are experts and will bring in my other cars next. Highly recommend using their services
Let me start this review by saying that I don't personally know Steve and never met him before last week but I can tell you he is an honest and trustworthy business man. Let me tell you why I am saying this about Steve... First of all, after having multiple discussions with him in person and on the phone, I ended up not giving him any business. Strange right? The reason I didn't spend any money at his business was because he was completely upfront on what work I actually needed on my vehicle. He originally gave me a very competitive quote to install a plastic film on my hood, as well as tinting on all of my windows. After I explained to him that my vehicle was about to receive a ceramic paint coating he informed me that putting a plastic film on top after the ceramic coating would not be advisable due to future problems that could occur. Based on that information I was able to stop the ceramic coating from being done at the Dealership, and have them first install a plastic film on the hood, and then apply the ceramic coating afterwards. Unfortunately that cut Steve's quote down by half because he lost out on installing the plastic film but I appreciated that he saved me a big problem down the road. I then brought the vehicle to him to install the window tinting and once he saw my windows he told me that they had already been tinted so there was no point in him doing any tinting at all. So now Steve has lost all of the work that I planned on giving him. I can count on one hand the number of business people that I've met over the years that showed true professionalism, integrity and honesty... and Steve is one of those people. Let me say that if you are considering using Steve's business please do so. I live 30 minutes away and there are other shops closer to me but if I ever need any work on my vehicles, Steve is the guy I am going to use!
I showed up without an appointment to repair a small crack in my windshield before it spread. They were able to fix it straight away and processed the insurance claim for me. Excellent service.Service: Auto windshield repair
Steve had an extra workload that morning, and still fulfilled our appointments work to apply a paint protective film to hood and fender fronts. He called ahead having finished early, and had the car warmed up for my arrival. Service was friendly and I would have more work done with them in the future. Thanks for the professional treatment.
Steve replaced the windshield on my wife's CR-V and did a great job. So when it was time to get my car detailed I thought of Ziebart Uniglass, another fantastic job, I never thought my car could be so clean!Service: Auto windshield replacement
Called these guys when they opened and they booked me in hours later and had it completed within 5 hours of me making the initial call for an estimate. Price was very reasonable and they put everything back on my windshield that I had stuck there in the first place didn't expect it, some was aftermarket modifications and I feel lucky that they did would definitely come back here if I ever crack my windshield in half again and I probably will because I own a Jeep and we have flat windshields! Thanks guys. Update: Had to go back due to a defective windshield, surprisingly not because of them, but past experiences with getting other people to warranty their work they stood behind their warranty 100%. Great guys.
Steve was friendly and answered all my questions easily. He was able to source the best glass available for my car, did the calibration for camera services and was ready for me at my scheduled appointment. The price was much better than other shops and the same glass was used with the same warranty. Will definitely return in the future.Service: Auto windshield replacement
I needed a window installed because my vehicle was broken into the night before. They were able to find me a replacement quickly and at the best price in town! They even cleaned my car up and installed the tint in less than 2 hours! amazing service! Come here for the best prices and excellent service.
We had three of our vehicles ceramic coated here. The ownerSteve was very good at getting back to us and working with us on giving us a good deal with the amount of vehicles being done and all vehicles came back very nice and would highly recommend. Very happy with the UniglassPlus/Ziebart team from Kitchener.
