I would not recommend this company.nnThis organization and the administration is So disorganized, they constantly makes errors on their scheduling, i.e. my elderly parents were set up to receive 6 hours of care, daily, 7 days/week. At least once a week, they forget to book someone, therefore no caregiver for my parents for the day; sometimes they say they’ve double booked the person therefore, no caregiver for my parents for the day. Some weeks they have sent more than 5 different caregivers which causes extreme confusion for my parents, they are 88 and 86. They’ve cut and eliminated the weekend hours for no reason. Once we clarified the weekend hours with them, 6 hours/day, they failed to book employees and/or only booked 4 hours for Sunday supposed to be 6 with ZERO hours for Saturday; their employees gossip about what goes on in other people’s homes, medications that certain people take, they also think your elderly parents are counsellors in the sense that they spend their time complaining about work issues, about their personal lives, about complaints they’ve received from their boss ETC.....nThere’s much more, but with all being said, very hard to work with this company. I can’t just leave home with ease as I’m not sure if their employees will show up, in other words are not dependable.
It's a very good company. Good home service. And they are good employers.
