It's like taking a time machine to the terrible past.  Ridiculous monthly fees, lots of nickle and dime penalties on accounts, and terrible service hours for live banking.   This is a perfect example of why people have been leaving Caisse Populaire style unions for years. 

They offer only mediocre services for the prices charged.
