Uncommon Grounds Coffee & Tea

Seems like a very popular spot. I love that they're open late. Very friendly and courteous service. I wanted to try a bagel. Any time of day is a good time for a bagel. I like the seated table areas by the door. Good to know this is a nice spot with good grub and beverages when we're back around the upstate area.

Good coffee. Cool name. Have to be patient for your order to pick up at counter. There were several people behind the counter but it looked like only one person was taking orders and preparing the drinks.nnNote, they wont call out your name when your order is on the counter so your drink will be sitting at the counter getting cold waiting for you to pick it up if you dont stand there and wait.nnHonorable mention to the bagels. Fluffy with a good crust on the outside. Plenty of seeds. Went with the everything bagel with scallion creme cheess.

The energy and ambiance was what you’d expect from a comfy coffee shop. It was just an enjoyable relaxing vibe. The bagel I had might have been better than my Long Island ones!

But the sausage egg bacon and cheese on a freshly made bagel is #1nPrices are very reasonable, especially for broadway TOGA.nParking is very limited with one handicap spot, street parking limited near by we watched two cars get parking tickets.

The coffee is just fine.nThe cookie with raisins was fantastic.nThe place actually famous for it’s bagels - they have about a dozen of different kinds and maybe twenty variations of bagel sandwiches, — there literally hundreds of possible combinations
