The store is the one to avoid. Website showed it had Perlite available and yet at the grand opening there was none at their South location. When we asked the worker they said they may or may not have it at the north and had no apologies for missing a 10% discount happening that day. The issue was then escalated to the person managing the ads and all the celebratory events south side and they had zero customer service either. Now that I spoke to other people, the store consistently exhibits absolute lack of customer support. One may get lucky with something that can be checked in the store and not the electronics, but everything else you are on your own, no matter how $$$ the item was. For perlite, I will stick to Hydrolite stores that have a great service and quality products as well. Who knows what really is inside the bags that Uncle Weiner sells… SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK AND GOOD LUCK
Maybe it's not fair to judge a business on one interaction, but this is pretty stupid.nnI saw an ad for this Rechargeable Heated Jacket. So I drove over to Uncle Weiner's, tried it on, and was ready to buy. Then I was informed that it does not come with a battery. And they don't even sell the batteries.nnAs the sign does not communicate this at all, that's some real stupid advertising.
Disappointing to say the least. I don't know if this is suppose to be a joke, or if I just extremely unlucky. I ordered two premium boxes, two .... Firstly this is the absolute worst box I have ever seen. Secondly where is my second box??? Third who the hell packs 15 of the same stupid pop toy or whatever the hell these are 7 boxes of one type of disgusting cookie. 4 bike racks and cat hairball control????? Seriously for 200$ this is absolute BS !!!! What do we do from here. I expect some kind of accommodating due to this awful apparently two premium boxes I got. More like one box of absolute garbage. Now I understand it's at random, but someone at your company still packed this. I demand that this be fixed.nThanks for the literal crap. Very disturbed and upset client
Purchased a diesel heater and it won't fire up. Sent an email to the warranty department almost 3 weeks ago, no response. Did online chat, had it open for 5 hours, no response. Finally got an email back from the online chat to be patient with my warranty issue, that was a week ago. Still no response. Will not shop here again for overpriced junk with no customer service at all
This place is amazing! The selection is huge and the prices are incredibly affordable. They have something for everybody, from furniture to tools, children's toys, automotive, pets you name it. And the prices are so reasonable, they can't be found cheaper any where else. Highly recommend! Was helped out by Angel, super friendly service!
