Absolutely amazing customer service at this Uncle Tetsu location. I got an original cheesecake and and an original cheese tart. Both were freshly made and tasted really good. Also, the store smells delicious.
Was here on Sunday on a referral from a friend. As soon as you open the door you smell the awesomeness of a butter scent. I ordered both the cheese tarts and an original cheesecake. Both did not disappoint. I will definitely be a customer of Uncle Tetsu. The staff were very friendly and helpful
I was passing by and stopped at this location. I was not aware that location closes at 7:30. Open size was on and went inside at 7:29. The rep with glasses said we send the report. They have cleaned everything. and not even looked by point of view of client of you stop everything close door at 7. Very bad customer service experience.
Cheesecake is light and fluffy, not sweet : 2 flavours each day
Much less busy than the downtown location, which is a plus for me. There's parking, a little more space inside not seating. You can see everything being made. I love the cheesecake and always thought it would be my only favourite. It's light, fluffy, sweet. The dessert cheese tarts are possibly even better. I like the dried cheesecake cookies as well, but probably wouldn't buy again.
My first time trying japanese cheesecakes and i was not disappointed at all. This cheesecake was probably the best thing I've eaten in a long time. Will definitely be going back soon.
Save yourself the disappointment. I went here May 25th at 6:40pm. They sold out of item I wanted so I ended up getting muffins. The cashier said if we buy we buy 2 we get 1 free so I said okay let’s do that. After I looked at the receipt I saw I got charged for a 4 pack. That was the first problem but I said okay whatever I’ll let it go. Once I got into my car and tried the muffin it was so stale and gross. It tasted like it had been sitting there since the morning if I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. I couldn’t stomach it. I made my husband try it and he said it was terrible not like normal. We went back in, not for a refund but just to ask them to make me 2 new fresh muffinsnot even the 4 I got charged for she said she can’t, I asked her what time the muffins were made she told me this morning…gross. The manager came and she told me they were made at 5pm after I asked the server why are they selling old stuff. Which ones the truth? I then spoke about the fact I got charged for 4 muffins instead of the two. They had no response for me. Customer service a 0, muffins a 0. Entire experience a 0. Getting my money back 10, I didn’t ask for one but somebody felt guilty they’re selling old muffins. Don’t waste your money. At a place that sells old food. Looks at the other reviews for yourself, and watch how the owner can’t take accountability for his stores mistakes.
This location is definitely parking friendly. Been here a few times and I get served pretty quickly. I was actually there today, Sunday, and I was in and out. Im not big on cheesecakes but their ones are too hard to resist. As for the cheese tarts, I tried one today and I can’t decide which one I like the most. Definitely recommended.
The best cheesecakes in Toronto! it's well worth the money for their high-quality products.
I visited their "factory" location on Orfus for the first time yesterday, August 6, 2022, and picked up a Yuzu Cheesecake, Cheese Tarts and Honey Madeleines for a dinner party I was attending. The Yuzu Cheesecake was delicious. It was light and fresh, especially with the zesty pieces incorporated in the cake. However, the Cheese Tarts stole the show. Really yummy. I did not try the Madeleines so cannot comment. The service was very friendly and efficient. I would return and recommend. :
