Uncle Mings is truly heavenly. I would chose no other chinese food restaurant. They have never failed to amaze me with their cooking. Be sure to try out the Singaporean Noodles they are absolutely wonderful!

I'm not a Chinese Food fan at all. The only thing I ever get are the boneless ribs, and when I'm in the mood I go there.
We have been here on 4 different occasions and every time the food has been very good. We have ordered pork fried rice and pepper steak with sechuan style. Looking forward to another meal there. We get take out.
