Haven't been to this store in almost a year. Walked in to check my lottery, and i overhear a guy loudly complaining. "Dom" was complaining the entire time that I was in the store. Wasn't very courteous when I was paying for gas either. Made me feel uncomfortable coming to this store.
Why it’s call flying j , just 1 toilet ? No showers , not even 24 hours ! Just fuel island 24 hours ! Brand like flying j consider again whether its to be called flying or not ! Don’t ruin your brand name and standard! I don’t what does it take to install atleast 2-3 toilet when you 15-20 truck parking !
Fairly decent place to stop. Can accommodate larger vehicles, including Travel Trailers and RVs for fuelling. Nearby card-lock also near by with parking for big and small trucking units. Decent washrooms and numerous items available for sale in store, in case forgot, or need something. Decent gas station, just off the #1 highway.
1 star for the snow removal, yard very packed and easy to get stucked in. Very small inventory for the store and NOT open 24h. Close.early and short hours. Not recommending this place. Better go at Brandon to the Husky or Winnipeg to Petro Pass or other Flying J
The lady working at the front till was super friendly and kind which made my stop there really good especially after a long day of travelling. Thanks for the great customer service and friendliness!
Good place lot of parking space.
I meat to thank Flying J Portage La Prairie Bill and Susan and the entire team includes assistant manager.... I am a professional driver and they are excellent there I forgot to include regular staff. Thanks as I always fuel the semi truck there.
A small older facility which was clean and respectable. Diesel pumps are single-sided. The staff, a man and woman of East Indian origin were friendly and helpful 5/5.
I love how it’s easy access going east bound. West bound could use a pull out lane to make it way easier. Bathrooms are clean and coffee is good. Restaurant is now closed I believe. This place could use a face lift. The pumps are terrible for fuel and no def and at night the fluorescent lights flicker making it look not the greatest.
All the Corporate Truck Stops are still charging Truckers to pay for a shower and not providing any free meals to give them a break while we are stuck sitting waiting for loads. Poor setup no showers and the restaurant is closed.
