The Resto-Bar Corner of Italy 2.0 is the only facility of its kind east of Quebec to enjoy the culinary talents of a true Italian chef. A native of Florence in Tuscany, Francesco Franci already has 12
years of experience, including five years in Italy and four years in England.
Any new, Italian cuisine with French touch brings together the best ingredients, all in a polished presentation. Thus, the beef they use is certified (Certified Angus Beef) and aged for 21 days. Everything is made on site, so house: pasta, sauces, bread (focaccia with rosemary), potato chips, pizza dough, desserts, etc.
Beautifully located, the Resto-Bar corner of Italy has about 2.0 260 seats, including 100 in Paris solarium on the ground floor and the terrace upstairs overlooking the river. No matter where you sit, the sea is omnipresent. Matane signed by the artist Philippe Giroux, both wall create an atmosphere for relaxation.
Existing since 1987, first on Bergeron Street in downtown, the hotel occupies since 1991 this location next to the lighthouse built in 1911, now used as a tourist information office.
