Umi Sushi Express

The sushi was bad, I got sick and vomited immediately after eating it while in Pacific food court. The worst thing is they they did not even apologize or offered refund.

Rip off like everything in pacific centre I guess. Don't buy they are scammers they use carrots instead of salmon.Disgusting piece of shitVancouver have have become just like Asia. Poor quality, excessive greed, and conning people left and right, no government is inspecting anything anymore. If a customer complains about food poisoning, business should be shut down according to canadian standard of living. But we are turning into third world japan and china with much more expensive life

Rolls in bad shape. Raw salmon is not fresh, and there was bone in it. The cashier is rude. Price is higher than usual sushi shops. Not recommended. They charge $1 for extra wasabi even when they only provided very little in the box of sushi as small patch as a green bean. The extra wasabi provided was bitter.

I know it's called sushi express, but I did not expect for the rolls to be such in a bad shape. It was easily falling apart and looked sloppy and did not taste great. The carrots were meant to be crispy but it was just plain hard. For what we got, it was way too expensive.

Worst chicken teriyaki I’ve had. I know you can’t expect much from places like this but this was pathetic. I got the chicken teriyaki bento box and the flavour of the chicken was not good, hardly tasted like teriyaki and to top it off, the yam fried that came with it were soggy and the chipotle sauce was overbearingly spicy. Definitely don’t recommend ordering that.

Rude and unfriendly cashier... the worst staff that i had ever experienced. When I asked something she did not understand and also she got angry face and did not answer my questions. I will never come this one.

Has to be the worst sushi places I HAVE EVER ATE AT !!!!!!! i ordered the box came.with dried chicken on rice plain salad and cold yam fries or whatever they were, personally i feed my dog better stuff. Then i had the veggie tempura which came with all brocolli some burnt not coated properly , i went and told the lady she tried sayin thats what it is i said no she took back and threw some yam.fries in it. Stay away whatever u do this place is horrible u can get better sushi at 711 any where they serve it. I wish i could give a ZERO SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND TO CHARGE 36 $$$ LOL

The girl that works the till is one of the rudest people i have ever encountered at s food fair. Their mini bentos used to be great, but now their rice is way beyond Japanese sticky rice...its like it was made with glue. It’s too bad we really used to enjoy the mini bentos, but not anymore

Tried shrimp udon.. Dirty kitchen + cook doesn't clean his hands after touching a garbage bin. Bad quantity and quality of food. Breaded shrimp in the udon broke completely after 5min. Suggestion: use additional container for breaded shrimp.
